How freshness is checked
- Each weekly refresh pulls the latest CSV from the FCA Register and the EUCLID golden-copy zip from the European Banking Authority.
- Each entry is matched on its national licence number; new entries are inserted, existing entries get their
last_verified_atstamp refreshed. npm run audit:freshnessthen compares the source files against the database row counts and exits non-zero on drift, so this page lights up before the data does.
